All sales are final. No refunds or credit will be given under any circumstances. Spots are limited, and reserving a spot prevents others from participating. Please only sign up for sessions if your schedule permits.

No Rescheduling or Makeups

We do not offer rescheduling or makeup sessions. If you’re uncertain about attending consistently, we recommend opting for the one-time session option.

Payment and Reservation

Payment is due 48 hours before your next session to reserve your spot. Failure to pay by this deadline means your placement is not reserved, and you forfeit your spot.

Facility or Scheduling Conflicts

In the event of a facility issue or scheduling conflict, notice will be given, and a session will be credited to participants.

Notify us before cancelling

If you plan to discontinue training, please notify us before the end of your last scheduled session.

Referral Program

We offer Referrals rewards to participants on the Quarterly Plan (12-session plan)

• Eligibility:

  • Both the referrer (you) and the referee (your friend, acquaintance or family member) must sign up for the 12-class Quarterly Plan ($840).
